AMJ Strip Out is a UK-wide strip out and internal demolition contractor, trusted by principal contractors, site managers, and quantity surveyors across commercial, industrial, and large-scale residential projects. We specialise in internal soft strip-out, non-structural demolition, waste removal, and site clearance. With over two decades of experience at director level, we’ve shaped our operations around clean execution, reliable delivery, and a strict compliance-first approach. Founded in 2020 , AMJ combines the scale of a national operator with the personal accountability of a regional partner. We understand construction deadlines, safety requirements, and the commercial pressures faced by clients. Our role is to clear the path for refurbishment and redevelopment—safely, efficiently, and without disruption.

Internal Soft Strip & Non-Structural Demolition
Full removal of internal finishes, partitioning, ceiling finishes, floor finishes, non-load-bearing walls, mezzanines, and redundant fixtures.
Waste Segregation & Licensed Disposal
Waste is sorted on-site, transported using licensed carriers, and processed at authorised facilities with full audit trails and recycling reports.
M&E & Plant Decommissioning
Safe disconnection and removal of HVAC, boilers, pipework, data cabling, lift systems, power cabling and air handling units.
Site Clearance & Temporary Works
Includes temporary hoarding, floor protection, and the provision of welfare facilities.
